Liz must really like me a lot, because she brought me, the Back Space Bear, home to meet "the family". They have a great house and a central location for their home computer which is used by everyone. I'm amazed that it is used to produce reports, do accounting and SURPRISE, a brother in high school uses it too for homework. She mentioned games, email, and facebook but she didn't say WHO was using the computer for those things!
Bit's the name and eating's my game. Courtney grabbed me by my little ears and invited me to the upper cafe to chow at Burger King. I didn't really understand how one could touch a screen and then miraculously a burger and fries appeared, right after the cash register spit its tongue out at me. Courtney explained it wasn't a tongue but a cash drawer. Oops. Well, I just loved how easy it was to get good food on campus. Burger King, have it your way. Hey I could do a commercial, hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us. What, you don't remember that Burger King jingle? Check it out on You Tube or Google. What? Surprised I know about YouTube and Google? I'm not just some dumb bear, you know. I'm taking the IDS 180 literacy class, just like you guys.
