How We'll Use This Blog

A class blog? How will we use it? Is it hard? Where is it? How do I use it? It's not to rant and rave about the class, the professor, your fellow students or assignments but...

to help each other get the assignments done if you forget how to do something, if your note-taking skills were absent the day YOU were in class, or if you just plain don't get it.

  • The Professor posts the weekly workload with the due date on the class blog (on class website, too).
  • YOU, the student, read the blog and use the comment area to write questions about the assignment, if needed.
  • YOU, the student, will read all the weekly comments and if you know the answer to a posted question, you will be a superstar and write a comment containing the answer so the student in need will not freak out about the assignment.
Clear?

If one person has a question, everyone will benefit from the posting of both the question and the answer. This is YOUR resource, created by you, for you.

  2. Comment Example Answer:

    Ruler and Tabs in Word

Turn on Ruler: click View, Ruler (under show/hide group)

Set Tab: click on the ruler where you want to set the tab. Now press the TAB key on the keyboard.

    Someone owes me a latte.
